RONDO

Genomic Structure Visualization

Each of our cells packs about two metres of DNA into a space far smaller than a pinhead. How it folds matters: stretches of DNA that are far apart can end up touching, which can switch genes on or off. Rondo draws these contacts as a circular map, so it is easy to see which parts of our DNA are linked.
